The Estimate
A visual assessment to determine a preliminary cost and give the Repair Planner a starting point using real-time parts pricing.
Insurance Approval
We confer with your insurance provider to agree on damage estimates and determine if the car is repairable or a total loss.
Pre Scan, Pre Wash & Disassembly
The vehicle is pre-scanned to identify diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), pre-washed then methodically disassembled to identify the full extent of damage.
Repair Plan & Parts Procurement
Once damage is fully confirmed and repair procedures are verified, the repair plan is completed, approvals are confirmed and parts are ordered. Repairs begin once critical parts have arrived.
Structure & Frame
Using a sophisticated computer-based measurement system, we return the unitized body framework back to exact factory specifications.
Body Repair
The Body Repair Department replaces exterior panels and completes all necessary metal finishing before heading to paint preparation.
Paint & Refinish
Panels are prepped, primed and sealed. Color match is verified with our computerized color match system. Then the color is applied and blended into adjacent panels when necessary for a flawless finish and match.
Reassembly, Testing & Calibrations
The final assembly is performed. Fit and Finished is finalized. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are verified and / or calibrated. Final Safety Checks and Road Tests are performed.
Detailing
Our professional Detail Team vacuums, cleans, and hand-washes the exterior to clear out any repair dust and protect the fresh paint.
Final Delivery
We call to arrange pick-up. We walk you through the repairs, answer questions, and get you back on the road safely.
